Job description
The Mom Project is excited to partner with a growing startup in the LegalTech space. They are looking to add 2-3 attorneys with significant experience practicing at a major law firm to the team on a contract basis. They would prefer attorneys with a background other than M&A or securities, but all interested attorneys are welcome to apply.
The company is focused on building a program for assisting lawyers in conducting complex tasks using AI.
This is a highly flexible project-based opportunity with multiple roles open. The workflow may vary, with the option of 20 - 40 hours a week.
Work will be dependent on the specific use cases as the software continues to grow and evolve.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience practicing at a major law firm
- Experience in a practice area other than M&A or securities
- Experience working with a variety of document types
- Hourly rate of approx. $125
- Flexibility and interest to work 20 - 40 hours / week on a contract basis
- 1099 Contract Position, with opportunity to extend based on company need as they continue to build out their models
