What you’ll do
DV’s programmatic product offerings help advertiser’s maximize their media investment to avoid bidding on inventory that doesn’t meet their brand’s standards and objectives. DV products help maintain quality standards for media buys and further drive the performance of campaigns. Additionally, DV provides transparent reporting into the programmatic supply chain, helping advertisers better understand where their media is transacting.
We are seeking an intern who is an analytical thinker interested in learning more about DV’s programmatic offerings and key products, the ad tech ecosystem and enjoys data analysis. This role is a 10-week, full-time, that runs from June 11th - August 16th, 2024.
As an intern, you will be embedded in the programmatic product team, gaining exposure to a talented product, engineering and account management teams. You will work across multiple teams at DV in order to help gain insights and analyze information regarding DV’s programmatic offerings. These insights will help inform future feature enhancements and new products across the DV programmatic products. In the process you will learn about the lifecycle of agile product development and managing and coordinating work across multiple cross functional teams.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop your own subject matter expertise on specific offerings through a combination of guided onboarding, discovery through documentation, and self-guided use of our tool set.
- Understand and propose additional KPIs and areas for analysis that can contribute to the product strategy.
- Write SQL queries and extract data from internal systems to perform independent data analysis.
- Create Pivot Tables and analysis with Excel.
- Create short presentations and present your findings in smaller groups for iterative feedback.
- Suggest product improvements and provide recommendations based on analysis findings
