2. Industry Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

• Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in the crypto space.

3. Multichannel Support:

• Experience in providing support across various channels including email, live chat, and social media platforms.

• Strong written communication skills for handling customer interactions on different channels.

4. Problem Solving:

• Proven ability to analyse and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.

• Capacity to think critically and provide innovative solutions to customer problems.

Technical Requirements:
