The Role

As a Community Manager at Swan Bitcoin, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with our community across various non-Zendesk/phone channels such as Telegram, Twitter, and Reddit. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, directing users to appropriate support channels for assistance, and strategically driving social selling initiatives to promote our services and offerings.

Your responsibilities

  • Community Engagement
    • Monitor and actively engage with the community on Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
    • Foster meaningful discussions, address queries, and cultivate a positive and informative environment for community members.
  • Client Support
    • Respond promptly to client questions, concerns, and feedback across social media channels.
    • Provide accurate information and guidance to users, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support.
  • Issue Resolution and Escalation
    • Identify and address client issues or complaints effectively, aiming for swift resolution.
    • Direct users to appropriate support channels or resources for further assistance when necessary.
  • Social Selling
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive social selling initiatives, promoting Swan Bitcoin's services and products on various platforms.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Community Growth and Advocacy
    • Identify opportunities to expand the community base and increase engagement.
    • Encourage active participation, advocate for the brand, and establish a loyal community following.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
    • Utilize data to optimize strategies and improve community interaction and satisfaction.

Skills and experience that will help you succeed

  • 2+ years experience as a Community Manager or similar role
  • Solid decision making skills
  • Deep understanding of Bitcoin
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and interact effectively with diverse online communities.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms including Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing user concerns.
  • Experience in social selling or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from community data and metrics.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field preferred.
